I'm not totally sure about where the put-in is located. I think it is somewhere off of D hwy. I do know it is about a 3 mile hike in
through some private property
The take-out is located on highway E. I believe it is the first bridge past the St. Francis coming from Fredricktown. |

I've never done this one, but I really, really want to. I have hiked into it from the take-out and not only does the run look impressive but
the scenery is incredible. It is well worth the hike even if you don't want to run it. When I hiked in the local landowner was real nice and let
me cross his land to get there. If he is still as nice I don't know, but at least ask first so next time I go he won't be thinking about your
trespassing when he gives me an answer. This run is very remote and very technical. Having a couple experienced boaters in your group is a must. |
